An authentication mechanism that guarantees you are authorized to access the system from anywhere, but prevents unauthorized users from ever acquiring or using compromised credentials. That's basically the holy grail of authentication.
Maybe making sure a username can't be used remotely by more than 1 connection at a time. That's actually pretty trivial to implement. I've already implemented that for several websites I've worked on and have used that system with banks i've had accounts. |
