anon : I live in sardis and am a windjammer customer also. There was a powerline problem saturday night which a tree had fallen on the power line/cable line. This on and off cable situation is due to that. I have seen our local windjammer guy up on the poles fixing the problem and compared to how awesome our 14Mb connection is im game for the wait instead of switching to dsl. P.s. Its 2 am and the cable just came back on ??weird.

Gib4500 : My small town has been on and off without cable internet and tv for about 5 days now. Many people have called in to complain but it hasn't done much good. Now it is competely off again. I think it is totally rediculous. Does anyone know of the email or phone number of a higher up at windjammer that we can complain too? They don't seem to care. I may give them till tommorow evening and then switch to dsl. Thanks for any comments or suggestions.
