| Keep losing internet
I'm in Halifax, and my internet keeps disconnecting literally ever 5 - 10 minutes on all 3 computers in my house. All of the lights are on, but can't connect to anything. I'm constantly having to unplug the modem and plug it back in to get my internet back. Tech support says the problem has to be on my end, and to try going wireless. One of the computers is wireless though, with the same thing happening at the same time, and I get the generic 'shut down computer, unplug everthing, wait 5 minutes and try again' speech. I've done that, it doesn't last long before it's out again, so I call back, get the same speech, tell them I've done it and they tell me to call the router company. Call them, they say call ISP. I can't win! |
