Here comes a bell skype tax, here comes a bell you tube tax. Traffic from either of these apps or web pages will have a mandatory UBB applied to them at all times (every mb from these apps or sits will cost 30 cents).
Bell has the right to implement UBB on any app or website they want, without crtc approval. This who piece of crap document just went right out the window with that statement. |
