My understanding is that sonic.net would have to either lease space at the RT or build their own to do this and that they are now focusing on expanding service to various COs in the state.

Hopefully they will figure out a good way to expand their coverage to serve people further from COs in a cost effective way.

Who knows. I am not sure it is true. If it is I was wondering if this has been fixed? If it isn't true then I would like to know if Sonic has plans to extend fusion broadband to those who connect through remote terminals?
