Not thinner than the iPhone. iPhone is 10-11mm thick, Droid is 13.7mm. Not a lot of difference but it is not thinner.
The iPhone is 12.3mm (»www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html) but your point still stands, I misread the boygeniusreport. Thanks for the correction.
