Threat of regulation has chilled investment in small ISPs
Karl, what you say above is false and disingenuous. When Genachowski spoke last week on proposed regulation, the two investors we were courting for our small ISP both walked away. We cannot raise capital until there is a Report and Order, and may not be able to do so after that -- especially if the wording of the final rules is as vague as that of the ones in the NPRM.
