<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1377140"><b>unknvoip</b></A> : Since the 'Call Log' routing seems to have gotten taken care of, I thought I would point out that the call routing in the groups area of the Contact manager is different from the "Incoming Call Routing" tab (and Call Log, for that matter).<br><br>I particularly would like to be able to send Survey and Telemarketers to a disconnected message en masse without having to program each one.]]></description>

Yes it looks good.<br>Reason I noticed it was that We just did a number change ( long story) on one of our accounts and with in 30 minutes the calls started rolling in: Green Tree Service, 1-800-xxx-xxxx, NCO, PUBLSVR09 , etc etc etc.<br><br>I guess the person who had the number before did not take very good care of "things". :o<br><br>A lot easier to make the  unwanted number look "disconnected" from the call log than the incoming call routing tab.<br><small>--<br>The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.</small>]]></description>
