To meet a need expressed by our customers, Windstream is increasing the upstream speed for 3Mb and 6Mb broadband from 384k to 768k.
While Icon beat us to the punch, we can confirm 768 upload is coming.
DSLReports.com offer: If you have 3mb or 6mb service and would like to get the 768 speeds now please PM us your number, and we will get your speeds adjusted! Some of you may have received a PM this morning regarding this issue!

Awesome support! I PM'd, and followed up with a phone call to tech support, on a Sunday no less, and was upgraded to 768K within 30 minutes. Outstanding support! |
