Now lets consider this as a patent, frankly if I worked at the patent office, I would reject this patent under the grounds of 'obvious' invention, given there already exists how many billion adware based programs, so an adware based OS is just and obvious extension of an existing idea. Of course the 3 brain cells working at the patent office will see this differently and grant Apple a patent.
