I tried the same video file to the same site (Vimeo) and it uploaded fine after it had failed 3 times 2 hours ago (around 8am). Perhaps it is a time of day network congestion issue that causes it to reboot.
Also I just called comcast back and talked to another tech and that person said they have never heard about that before. Perhaps the first tech i talked with was confused between speed uploads and file size upload limitations.

There seems to be an issue lately with some modems and long uploads. My SB5120 logs stuff like: 2009-10-23 12:05:37 5-Warning TSM: TxError WatchDog - Restart Upstream 2009-10-23 12:05:37 5-Warning HAL: Overcoming Tx Error (reseting the US - DMA)
Other modems may be having similar issues, but don't log it. Too many errors over a certain time period, and it may decide to reboot.
