these are two of the largest pops in the east coast, i assume connex would not be difficult. what are my options?

I'm not up on that space, but it's NYC and those are big addresses. You'll find many, many options.

Hell, you'll probably be paying more for the cross-connects at each end than what the actual circuit costs.

Have you been able to secure this? If not I'm sure that we can help at XO. I know that there are many out there that can provide this service due to the location however XO has one of the largest Metro footprints in the area as well as the US.
