SkyFX "reset" something on my account (not RUP - what ?) and I had 100K for a few hours - then back to 40K today.

The re-programed F11 just shows "green" signal strength so can't really tell signal quality - but I am told it is OK by SkyFX. LOL. Sorry to hear about your speed. I haven't seen any fluctuation here, but you may want to get hold of tech support. Do you have a SW20? They can hit that from the sky to troubleshoot. I got an email on the server deal, but that was last week, and we didn't feel any earthquakes here.
By the way, when my signal strength goes below 7 or so everything hangs up. It could be a simple tweak at the dish.
Otherwise I suggest that you ask Greg. He has helped us in the past. Since Sunday 10/18 it was 100K and down to 40-60K download last few days - boo.... :huh:

SkyFX support said it was a server issue expected to be fixed in 48 hours - on 10/20.
