If anyone could help with this or suggestion i would to hear it.

I talk to a t3 like 3 times already and each one is telling it is fine the line looks good but then it drops as i talk to them. I even disconnected my router from the modem and attached directly to the computer and it still drops.

Please any time warner guys or anyone with knowledge to solve i would love you all. Or i will go to verizon dsl til fios rolls out for brooklyn in Sunset area.

Foxcci what is your SB6120 firmware? if it was SB6120-1.0.1.8-SCM02-NOSH it is not the latest.

1.0.2.1-SCM00 is the latest

anyone experiencing Motorola Modem reboots by itself lately?

Every night around 8:30pm - 9:30pm, my modem just keep rebooting by itself, stays up for 1 minute or less, then reboot again.

I'm having difficulty getting a DHCP address to my router, not sure if this is the cause. Basically it's taking a very long time. My Apple Airport completely give up, I tried a Dlink DIR-825 and it took a while, I now have a Linksys WRT610 plugged in and after rebooting the modem, then unplugging and plugging in the ethernet port on the router it picked up an IP. We'll see what happens when I try and renew the IP.
