How to set router to allow web access only between 1-2PM?

I have a WNDR3700, but the scheduling interface should be similar amongst most Netgear routers.

I am trying to set up a schedule so that certain computers on the network can only access HTTP between 1 to 2PM. With my previous D-Link router, I achieved this by denying HTTP Port 80 access between 12AM-1PM and 2PM-11:59PM.

Looking at the Netgear scheduling interface, it appears as if I can only block access within one time range. How would I go about getting it to allow HTTP access only between 1 to 2PM?

Can you make one HTTP rule for deny always and then a second for allow set to 1-2pm? Then in the rules order place the allow first, deny always HTTP second and standard allow all last. I think that way it will process the first rule allowing access if within the time range and if outside the time range will process the deny all for HTTP and if not on port 80 will hit the allow all/always rule.

Good idea! But Netgear only allows you to create deny rules and not allow rules.

So I see, I'm more familiar with the prosafe models which would allow that. You could send an email to support asking that they make it possible in a future firmware relase though I wouldn't hold my breath.
