[OC] over clocking ram

I have my cpu over clocked to where it runs fast. How do I over clock the ram?

1st off, what ram do you have? (Link?) If you have value ram, it probably won't OC too high.

I'd leave them stock... these look like value ram. No heat spreaders either.

You aren't going to gain a whole lot by overclocking your ram in an AMD based system. CPU Mhz is king when it comes to OC.

I think the biggest thing you could do to improve your system would be to get a videocard so your onboard video isn't stealing away from your existing ram. Next, I would get a nice fan to put on the rear of your case to help exhaust from the processor.

Going from 800mhz to 1066mhz is going to be negible at most. I think only benchmarks will shows the difference. real world application will show little, if any change.

what do u recommend for a video card my PSU can handle it corsair TX 750w pref ably with VGA and DVI and HDMI outputs. Also what size of fan should I use I need it to be quiet. When I get some more money I will be getting a new and better case.
also here are my current temps.

You have a link to your case? Also, I just built a PC for my mom using the Radeon HD 5770 ($159 at newegg). Might be what you are looking for, but it's your call

Link TO your case, not link in your case. Basically, do you have any indication what size of fan it takes for the rear?

here you go. »www.tigerdirect.com/applications···355-2007. My uncle has the PSU that came with the case. I want something I can plug directly into the psu and be quiet.

You need an 80mm fan for the rear. Check out newegg for fans, then look for the DB rating. The lower = quiet. Keep an eye for decent CFM for air throughput.
