<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I too have been a long time customer and very rarely is the service what was promised.   I call in damn near every day about the latency or the service being completely down.  The saving grace for this company is Bob, who is the off hours tech.<br><br>Watch the negative feedback when you post.  The feedback tends to get buried or retorted with fancy words to attempt to hide the truth.  Truth being, service 80% of the time has issues, poor customer service, and a tech department with their own limited abilities.  If there was another option available, most current customers would consider the switch.]]></description>
