str8jacket posted : So Saturdays problems (as told to me by help-desk) was a software issue at multiple sites, and was resolved by the afternoon... but I had given up trying to get\stay online before NOON. :p

First thing Sunday morning, I try to get online, my modem has 5 solid lights, but my computer show NO NETWORK CONNECTION (I.P. Gateway D.N.S - nothing). Had to wait until 0900 for help-desk to open, and now my modem is "power-locked" and can not be reset...

$118.00 and a wait until delivery on Tuesday, and now I'm back on-line. Got the newest modem, all ready for the 4G upgrade in 3 - 6 mos, and was told I should get service speeds from 3 to 6 Mbits\sec. ;)
--
... because there is no patch for human stupidity.

str8jacket posted : Since 0300 Pacific, any attempts to access internet services (browsing, ftp, email, etc), I have seen my modem cycle searching for a signal, drop signal, re-acquire, stabilize to normal for about 5 minutes at most, then repeat the process. If I do no network activity, the modem stays at the normal 5 bars. Clearwire' 1.888.253.2794 has a VM message noting a service issue that is impacting my service area (98168).
--
... because there is no patch for human stupidity.
