We already have cable/tv/HD with Cox. Wanted to try att, but decided to cancel for the following reasons: 1. The physical layer (the cable) was not installed in my apartment, when att salesperson said it was already there. 2. The iphone app (which salesman lead client to believe) that allows remote control movie recording never materialized. 3. The overall price for services was more expensive than the current carrier. 4. Client disatisfaction due to above items got att Fired.
