cableguy posted : If you have 41 RDC and 6 FDC then your levels are good. The problem will be fixed by changing out the box. First try removing the power plug for a while and re-boot.
--
GIT R DONE

murdered1 posted : If this is a OCAP then you might have a problem with levels. The OCAP has its own freq. I just had a call 2 week's ago where the customer had 2 boxes. 1 was OCAP and the other was MDN. He also was losing his guide and info. I checked the OCAP freq and he was having a issue. The problem ending up being in the outlet. Changed it and he has not had a problem since.

Mystro guide not working

anon posted : Wife told me that the tv guide wasn't working on the tv this morning. I been trying to flip through the football games, but every time you hit the guide button, it says the guide is unavailable. I turned the box off for a few minutes and turned it back on, still have the same issue. When manually entering the channels, it takes forever for it to change channel, but will display the lower part the graphics, telling me what channel i am on.

This box is not that old. 5 maybe 6 months at most. anyone else having this or some type of an issue like this?
