that for everyone who using linux, by using linux so there is iptables program within an linux kernel so they can set up to filter a tcp flag specific set out that only works with cable an internet that for any cable companies in matters. no matters what they tells you that, that cable companies have reserve right to send tcp rst packets to cut virtual connection off in order to reduce congestion of intranet network.
See you're using Ktorrent on Linux box you max out at 2.5 to 3.0mb/s on torrents. I get that and max out at 3.6mb/s on Windows (down-loader gig box) designed and configured to max out the TCP 200/100, DNS Cache, the the rest of the network buffers on the OS using Azureus RC4 encryption and Peerblock.

Nothing is going to help you if someone along the way decides to flat out drop your packets.

in your area is CT, not in KS. since that CT state with more people and means that is much more backbone connectivity networks than being in kansas.

I am in small town, not in a big city. DSL from AT&T is big here so is COX Cable. No FIOS yet. What is your download and upload? Are you using one of those store routers or are you using those PSENSE stuff? I see your on Linux. But now your getting packet issues when you do torrents.

Nope, there is no packet issues by using torrents. I'm living in a city and there are so many people are using it on the Cox networks but packet is not issues by while doing with torrents with iptables controlling a TCP specific flag bit set packet so mine speeds are much better than others who doing torrents on the cox network.
