I called them about it yesterday. It would cost me $5 more per month for the same thing I have now. Their new pricing isn't geared towards existing customers. You like your plan? Just keep your grandfathered plan for eternity.
These plans are a direct shot at ATT and Verizon, as well as folks who have no desire to upgrade their dumbphone every 2 years.
As it is right now, the folks getting "free" dumbphones on higher contract prices with ATT are subsidizing everyone else with iphones.
