DodgePremium join:2002-11-27 | myFaves gone? Didn't they used to have a feature where you designate 5 numbers that you call most often and it was free unlimited calling to those. Is that feature gone for good now or am I just not seeing it?

| Seems that it's gone now in favor of pushing people to unlimited plans or plans with larger minute allowances.
They seem to have gotten rid of a la carte messaging packages as well. -- Please use all available doors...you have 33 to choose from.

| Re: myFaves gone? the smart phone plan went up from $24.95/mo to $30/mo per phone
the 300 text was 400 for 3.95/mo
i no longer see the dumb phone internet option so i cant give prices on that
i know before for unlimited min, and unlimited text was $149/mo for 2 phones, add $24.95 x 2 for unlimited data was no way a deal!
i have to add i HATE T-Mo new site its extremely cumbersome
also for a national carrier, price points are ok they could be better as we have 2 carriers that do unlimited everything for 1/2 of T-Mo's current offerings.

| Where do you see this at? Now I don't know how flexible the T-Mobile's Customer Care (or My T-Mobile) is with plans, but I was fiddling with the package creator for both plans on their site and notice the following:
- Unlimited Domestic Messaging is $10 per line for ALL Even More plans. No Unlimited Domestic Messaging for Families...?
- There are NO messaging plans for ALL Talk-Only Even More Plus plans. What if someone wants a messaging plan that is less than $10 for an individual plan or someone that only wants a messaging plan for a single line within a family plan?

Now I don't know how flexible the T-Mobile's Customer Care (or My T-Mobile) is with plans, but I was fiddling with the package creator for both plans on their site and notice the following: the viewing of a la carte is i guess a member thing only, even pricing for smart phone internet is $15/mo cheaper building a package via the new packages.
Unlimited Domestic Messaging is $10 per line for ALL Even More plans. No Unlimited Domestic Messaging for Families...?
unlimited text a la carte is $14.95 per line unlimited text for families a la carte is $24.95
so "$10/mo individual" or "$20/mo family" for unlimited text is a way better deal

i guess they have not updated pricing in the user a la carte menu yet to reflect the new plans, also i cant change to these new plans via the web. it says i need to call customer care or goto a store to do this

| Re: myFaves gone? said by alexintexas:also i cant change to these new plans via the web. it says i need to call customer care or goto a store to do this Aww gay! They're f*cking around with the My T-Mobile accounts again. Yesterday I was able to change plans online and now it's unavailable... I'm not a fan of calling customer care or going to a store unless either of those places can bend the rules on the $35/line activation fee. I already spoke with a CSR via online chat and even after seeing my 4 year old account he said, "I regret to say it's $35 per line."
With that said, I think I'm going to stick with my current plan at $117 (taxes included). Even though the new EM+ plan matching my current plan is $92 (taxes included), I'm not a fan of someone digging $140 out of my pocket at one time.

I use my faves with Google voice so if i moved over to the new plans i would have to go for the unlimited...as i use alot of minutes inbound.
I am looking for a new solution because i need data but refuse to pay their rip off 35 per line activation as i have a family plan.
Does anyone know if Tmobile blackberrys work on Boost?
