 | reply to Koil PlayOn costs money. Now you don't need it to stream NetFlix on the PS3 as it can be done for free (well... with a NetFlix account). |

I've even used it with an Archos 5 player.
I got an email from them today hinting that they're gearing up for some major updates to the product as well. If they can get it to perform all of the same functions as TVersity, I'll have no need for Tversity anymore since it doesn't stream Netflix (at least presently). -- Tradition: Just because you've always done it that way doesn't mean it's not incredibly stupid. --despair.com |

 | reply to Koil I use PlayOn and TVersity as well and have had no issues that aren't attributable to low bandwidth or high latency (which is almost always the case with my "broadband" wireless). Also, PlayOn lets me watch my Hulu lists. (TVersity gives you Hulu as well, but only the generic lists - no login).
Oh, yeah, and I have access to my extensive MP3 and video selection - through either TVersity or PlayOn...using library "folders" through the XMB interface instead of just filesystem folders you'd get using a USB drive.
