I've been experiencing problems in recent weeks as well. I wouldn't say slowdowns, as I still get ~2Mbps downloads, but I see huge spikes in download jitter in the early evening that seem to be wreaking havoc w/ my voip service as of late. I called customer support and they basically said I'm out of luck if I'm still getting my 2Mbps download speed.
