What you can do is to confirm with your ISP or telco to find out what kind of handoff they provide. Just because it looks like RJ-45 cable, doesn't necessarily mean it is Ethernet handoff. :)

You also need to confirm with them what kind of network topology you deal with. Since you say you receive T1 in form of Ethernet handoff, then you can plug in the Ethernet handoff cable to any device that has Ethernet port; either a switch, router, hub, or even PC.

If you plan to do some kind of routing (OSPF and IS-IS), then the Ethernet device you connect the handoff to has to have such capabilities. Referring to the following Cisco documentation

a Catalyst 3750E support both OSPF and IS-IS. Assuming it is true, then you can simply connect the Ethernet handoff from your telco or ISP to this 3750E switch. Having limited RAM/Dram, yes
the 3750's do layer 3 routing, but they don't have the
memory to support NAT'ing and other memory/cpu intense
applications, that are handled by standard routers and
the larger switches.

Let's just say at the moment they don't, I don't see them
doing it in the future, as Cisco pushes towards the 650X
or other 76XX/etc solution for the heavy lifting.
I believe Cisco classifies the 3750 as a 'work group switch'
hence the 'WS' in the model (WS-3750G-48TS-S, etc.)

C650X support T-1's/DS3's/etc. via a flex wan blade
and PIM's.

We use 6509's at our larger metro sites and in a few
metros' have DS3 redundancy along with a gigaman
triad. Both of the main 6509's have DS3's and are
supporting satellite sites via T-1's.

this is just my/our experience over the past few years
as we've upgraded campus and remote infrastructure
and have ran into a few areas where we've needed to
make a hard decision and go with the 650X series
looking ahead to the future. We've been able to
upgrade services and with a lot of planning and
trial and error (as we all know that best case scenarios
don't always pan out over time, and need to be
readdressed), but we've cut the monthly circuit costs
and still being able to provide Data/Voice/Video conferencing.

In regards of handling the Ethernet handoff, it all depends on the objective you try to accomplish. 24/48 port, fixed configuration switches? None that I know of off the bat. I know the 6500s support T1s with the proper modules.
