What is it for netbooks? It looks like 30 days, but they are telling me 15 days. The netbook I bought from them has way too many problems. I'd rather buy something else.
I paid with my HSBC credit card, I could dispute it, right?

@sbcglobal.net | you have 30 days on any of there products. I have my self rma'd serveral items just since the beginning of this year. so you might have to call them and poke them a little and remind them. |

They said my RMA is rejected because it's 30 days from when
they ship it, not 30 days from when I receive it. Their RMA form says 30 days from when it's shipped to you which can be interpreted as 30 days from when I received it. |

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ZipZoomfly must accompany all returns, and be obtained no later than 30 days* from the date the product was shipped to you.
Shipped to you means, again, when it left the warehouse. They shipped it to you on that date.

Brownsburg, IN | I don't see how you could possibly misinterpret "30 days from the date the product was shipped to you" for anything other than what it says. That is as clear cut as a definition as it gets. The date an item is shipped is the day it ships out. |
