no workers are not the highest cost. its the ceo and all those presidents and vice presidents that keep fleecing verizon with all their overpaid salaries and bonuses. ive never seen more people who run a company get rewarded for doing a below average job. verizon stock prices havent increase in years yet all the raises for these people keep going up. the fios installers are the ones who keep this company afloat. letting any of them go in layoffs and hiring scab workers in non union jobs is just another slap in the face from corporate greed the union build verizon and is what gave verizon the funding to build their wireless empire lets not forget that.
