dvdfab, anydvd, there are a ton free and non-free, google some guides on how to convert/send to iphone.
If you dont want itunes installed you can use floola.
Floola was recently suggested to me on dslr not long ago and I love it. |

Of course, you can. But you need one or more converters. DVD videos are in VOB format, however, iPhone supports MP4 format. So you should convert DVD to iPhone MP4.
