[DVR] Multiple cable channels are messed up. Louisville, KY

Hey all, quick question. Is anyone else having serious problems with their cable right now? I am trying to watch Adult Swim, and although a show is playing, the screen is full of blocks and pixelation. The sound is also cutting in and out. These problems apply to random standard definition channels, and almost all HD channels (and yes I have tried turning the DVR off and on).

I have had this problem multiple times in the last few weeks, and I am curious if anyone else is having these issues?

I noticed this late last night around ~1 or so when I switched to WGN HD. When I switched to the SD channel, everything was fine. At the time, I figured that it was a problem specifically with WGN HD, but apparently not... I haven't checked anything else since...

Same for me, HD also. Lower ch. all distorted. called them and have had 2 guys to the house. New cable from the pole to the house, Lines worked on. And they said it was my TV.
Recorded a few things on the dvr lower ch. mid ch and hd. took the dvr to my neighbors and it has the same problem. so it's not my tv.

Sounds like low speed digital data transfers because of network problems. My analog is looking fine here.
