T-Mobile doesn't charge for call forwarding, it just takes from your existing bucket of minutes. Unless one is on an unlimited plan, I presume - then minutes shouldn't matter. But it's not being charged any amount of money on top of your minutes like Sprint was doing.
FYI, AT&T & Verizon all pull from your bucket of minutes for conditional call forwarding.
