TEENAGER CHARGED WITH FATAL OAKLAND PARK BEATING
Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives have made a third arrest in the fatal beating of 47-year-old Craig Cohen, who was attacked on April 6 as he walked home from an Oakland Park diner. Chad Alexander Olah, who turned 18 this month, has been charged with felony first-degree murder and strong-armed robbery. Cohen died Oct. 7 after surviving in a Hospice facility for months. He never regained consciousness after the beating.

TEENS CHARGED WITH BEATING HOMELESS MAN
In early July 2008, three teenaged friends tormented a homeless man in a motel parking lot. They taunted, smacked, pushed, dragged, carried and yelled at the 54-year-old victim. As if that wasn’t enough, a fourth teen recorded the profanity-laced attack with his cell phone.

Even those folks give me a hard time, I am glad I have moved to WV. I was really getting tired of all the crime and those that think everything should be given to them. It is really sad when there are people born and raised in this country that still cannot speak english and I as a tax payer am forced to have my taxes go towards catering to them. |

Not trying to be a bigot, but did you realize that to work as a customer facing government employee for Metro-Dade / Miami-Dade you are required to be able to speak Spanish though the requirement does not require the ability to speak English?
There was a time down here that the ability to speak English was not only required it was demanded by many of the Cuban immigrants as they considered to be a part of being an American and many still do to this day.
Sadly this part of the country/state has become what politicians refer to as a melting pot though in fact it more resembles a cesspool.

Most of the people that move to my area (central FL) are not from up north like most people think. The truth is that most of them are from South FL.

I've been to Miami many times and I have yet to see that part of Miami you see on TV. Seems the only areas I get to have burglar bars on everything. |
