However in your case, the upload is nice, it's even nicer if you had a web-server running a site too. There is a plus to the higher upload speeds, I just don't see, in my eyes, the need for anything over the 20/2 plan I have now.]]></description>

The did, however, have the 60/10 plan available in my area, yet they couldn't say a price, or at least the nice lady didn't want to tell me... I really don't need the speed. So they are accepting residential users to know knowledge and they're not lowering prices either, especially if you're already getting a discounted rate, like I am. <br><br>I even told the lady if she could save me money, i'd get the HD expanded pack, or Cinemax but no bite. ]]></description>

I've been an rcn customer for years.  About 2 years ago I called and complained about my bill being over $220/month for cable/phone/internet and they changed my package.  I don't know if they can do this again.  I'll give it a try though.]]></description>
