Unizone Technologies Modem/Switch

I am attempting to configure a Unizone Technologies Inc, Phone LAN Switch that includes a DSL Modem. The model number is PSW 1013.

Before one could get started, I need documentation and procedure for this device. Does anyone know where to look? I have found nothing on line through search enquiries Thank you in advance..
