[General] WHR - G125 attempted to install tomato, now broken.

I tried to install tomato on my router, and now only the power light and cable lights switch on. The DIAG light comes on when it boots but the other lights don't, and the router is totally non-responsive. At first I got timeout errors but then it seemed to install fine after a few tries.
I left it to install (although did press "any key" on the batch script before the 2 minutes was up - I think this is fine)
I then unplugged and plugged in again, making sure the DIAG light was off. Now only the power light comes on and I can't reach the router from my PCs.

:'( it was going so well!

I have found that I can access the buffalo config page for a few seconds (only ever had one page load from it) on 192.168.11.1 when it boots, then it returns to the dead state.

I've managed to get this twice, just tried holding the reset button and doing a 30,30,30 on off cycle, no response from pinging there, and also normal power off/on gets no response pinging (or config page as far as i can tell)

Full Power

After it has powered up, does it answer pings on either 192.168.11.1 or 192.168.1.1 ?
