Re: CRTC finds that Globalive does not meet Canadian ownership how is this different than rogers getting at&t backing and fido getting t-mobile backing way back when?

You will see this if you read the CRTC decision. In this case, it was a combination of multiple factors that led the CRTC to rule that a foreign party had "control" of Globalive. |
