I have Time Warner Cable. They have Tiers for their TV with different package options. I can get Tier options for my Internet as well, 7MB, 10MB, etc. They don't change me for the amount of TV I watch, just a flat bill for a package of channels (I won't get into the fact that I don't watch most of them). So they want to charge me by the MB for Internet. They wonder why we question the two billing systems. I think they need to look at their own logic.
