| 911 button never turned green
A friend of mine whom I hooked up with a MJ, installed it about a month ago and entered his 911 info. When I got my MJ, my 911 button turned green within a week, but he's had his MJ for a month, and his 911 button is still yellow.
What's up with that, and who can I contact to get that fixed? I'm concerned that if he ever has to call 911, they won't know where he lives. |

| When it's yellow it means the info isn't recognized. That's the standard way to "disable" 911 (when traveling, etc.). Just enter bogus info indicating you're intentionally trying to disable 911.
If you entered real info and it's not recognized, I'd verify all the info (spelling, direction, type of street, avenue, boulevard, etc.).
If that doesn't do it, then you're off to the world of chatty support. Be prepared to ask for your problem to be escalated to engineering (2-3 levels higher).
