We're thinking of jumping from Time Warner Cable to DirecTV. If we canceled Time Warner Cable, we'd save around $75 a month. Signing up for DirectTV would cost us about $46 a month for the first year. We'd save about $360 in the first year! That would be enough to pay for a Netflix subscription and have money left over.
