Verizon only offers 1.5meg DSL on my street. Charter offers 20meg. I get 5meg for $30. Why in the world would I ever go back to DSL when I could get 20 meg for $55 a month.

Same reason I have 3 Mbps DSL for $32/mo instead of 15 Mbps cable for $45/mo. Money.
I am buying lawn chairs...... To watch the big ship come crashing down. Verizon does not know what to since they be a monopoly and just force people use their crappy network.
