Crappy ad's???? Okay yeah. Um helllloooo, it's called "deployment" If you want more customers stop redlining. It's as simple as that. Not everybody in upper class communities wants your "me too" product either. Lot of them are rich old farts who just wanna watch television and the cable co or satellite dish will do.
