|  Verizon website really slow?
For the past several days, I've been trying to log into the Verizon Wireless website to pay my bill, but only the login page seems to work. After logging in, the next page starts to load, I can see the Verizon logo and menu bar across the top, but the rest of the page never loads. Is anyone else seeing this?
I figure it has something to do with the Droid announcement and subsequent website traffic. |

Same here. I've just been trying to upgrade my phone and the pages have been taking up to 20 minutes to load. |

Yup, same here.
It will load, but it is slow as hell getting there.
I wish they wouldn't have all those damn ads on that page...that's probably half the problem. Even tho I can block them...its still slow, so who knows whats going on.

| I just got off the phone with them to make them aware of the problem, and they say there is no problem, and that no one else has complained/no tickets on it.
Beside pages loading very slow, I could not even click on the "pay now" tab to pay my bill.
But if I went to the bill page, and clicked on the "pay now", it worked.
I was on the phone for about 15 min's. with them telling me it isn't designed for firefox, which I have been using for years on their site...and the run around about deleting cookies, and stuff. I had to tell her I don't have time to be on the phone this long...and thanks anyway.

| All of my payments are made online and this is the only web site that continually makes it a hassle, and I have called before and as usual they never have heard of any problem.
Amazing that the largest wireless provider in the states can't even make there own site user friendly. Maybe they should cut back on the FIOS and fix their stuff so it is use-able.
Sorry folks my little rant for the night. |

Their site is always slower than molasses on a cold winter day!! Sometimes the page won't ever load. I also have problems when trying to go back a page.
