If i used a pc that was faster then 75mhz it would not punch .. if i used a slow enough pc it would. It also used ISA cards like yours.<br><br>Finding ISA PCs is not to bad .. i bought a bunch for backup from local computer shops .. very used, dirty and old.<br><br>Your best bet may be to ask an employee if they have a old pc laying around, and offer then a free upgrade to a P3 or old P4 in exchange for it. I did that also .. and got a few that way]]></description>

A lot of them will have old systems there that you can get fairly cheap.  The one we have here typically will have quite a few low end PII's in stock.  The people who frequent the stores go after PIII's and P4's for obvious reasons.  The demand for PIIs is nearly non-existent.]]></description>

Vmware has a way to throttle the speed.<br><br>About the only thing I can't virtualize is direct hardware calls, like special controller cards.  I had a bunch of software that required parallel port dongles, all I had to do is shove cards in and map the ports to the server.  So if it's just software, I say go for it.]]></description>
