just4info posted : As of today (10/30), the incoming is not working since a day before. When people called my #, they heard "the number cannot go through" (or similar). Outgoing appears to be okay.

I tried to call tech support and after waiting for 10 minutes and becoming "the first one in line", it told me that "the person at extension 7XXX is not available and please leave a message".

The service has been reliable for me for a long time.

TBSupport, can you look at my ticket #355945? Thanks.
