Changing In-Network Coverage

anon : Hi-
I was involved in a near fatal auto accident this past June. I have been out of work, collecting state disability since then. The house we are renting is being foreclosed on and we are being forced out of here. We own a home in Tucson, sitting vacant at the moment. WE have a lot of family there as well that can help in my recovery - my husband has been on his own with that since June. Anyway- is there a way to move my medical coverage to Tucson until I am able to go back to work?
