This is a bummer. It would of really been better to use the Technological edge to make the entire world accept English as a universal language. Kinda like the international ATC system (Air Traffic Control.)

A lot of people (Michio Kaku for one) believe that English already has a foothold and will eventually become the universal language. Others will survive, but English will be spoken everywhere primarily.
