Remember when Craigslist was useful? Now it's nothing but f#@$ing spam and serial killers. I realize it's free. It just sucks that something which used to be so nice turned into a total pile of $#it.
I don't think people even bother to flag anything anymore because it's so out of control. I'm guilty myself. After a while it seems pointless to even bother.

Yes. That must be it. I'm doing something wrong, which results in the St. Louis categories being filled with spam and generally mis-categorized crap. I must have had my "Craigslist De-Crapifier" add-on disabled.
I'm more of a browser and not a frequent poster on CL. I don't post anything anymore. All I get is a bunch of spambot emails if I do. |

Craig's List here just sucks! Everyone thinks their shit is worth gold and tries to sell stuff for more then you can buy it for brand spanking new, rofl. Pretty worthless here, sadly.

Aboslute spam. I understand they don't moderate it but can they take some action against habitual spammers and scammers?
These people have been listing their spam for their scam since at least January of this year. Alll CL has to do is filter out their phone # or domain name where the images are hosted:

The same 3-4 people constantly flood CL advertising their pirated software:
