<description><![CDATA[phaqu posted : I had called the tech support ( a few days ago) about dropping connections and high ping. She said I am connecting to a tower that is more than 2 miles away most of the time  instead on the one thats less than half a mile and a pretty straight shot (just 8% of the time).<br>The tech said they discontinued the outdoor antenna because it was a bandwidth hog.<br>I need a hog to improve my connection/reception. ]]></description>
