| Tricky $29 delivery charge
My modem went out 2 months ago, called support and they said they would send me a replacement. She checked my records and saw where I pay a modem lease fee & told me there would be no charge.
The next day I had a brand new modem at my front door, and the next month, a 29 dollar overnight delivery charge on my bill. Which reminds me, I need to call CL and have the modem lease agreement removed from my bill. They can have this one back, I have several Westell 6100's I bought off of ebay recently. |
