The use of TV streams can and will reduce your internet speed.  When you think about it, it makes sense.  If your profile is 25/2 and 18 meg were reserved for the internet, that would leave only 7 meg for TV and phone.  7 meg would would not be enough to support 2 HD and 2 SD streams along with phone.  The bandwidth priority is in the following order:  1) Phone, 2) TV, 3)Internet.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Why? <br>a) its all advertised as "UP TO" that speed, they never gauruntee it.<br>b) if someone actually counted the bytes flying through the tubes, if you are getting close to 18, the overhead also consumes bytes, and the total would be about 18.
